Todd, Looks awesome man. Did you recarpet that boat too? Looks really good. I would like to build the same thing. It looks like you used 2x2s? Mine needs carpet as well.
go to Lowes and look in the cab building section for wood. the 2x2 posts are poplar and the main top board is a nice pc of 3/4" burch. jus use plenty of carpet glue to seal the wood , couple of cheap hinges, the cupholder came from a local marine dealer , at 5.00 each . everything held together with galvanized screws and it just sits in place. yes i re-carpeted last winter, no fun guys. boat will be for sell in another week.
