All my reels are now lefties. Had always fished with the crank on the left side of my spinning reels, a few years ago a friend who used lefty bait casters convinced me to try it. Now it feels natural not to have to shift the rod over after casting.

I do everything lefty. Casting, shooting, writing, golf, baseball, and hockey are all left handed. I would be screwed if I ever broke my left arm.

+1 Cast left handed, right hand retrive. I was out with a fellow BBC'er last weekend and used a couple of his rods with LH retrive. MAN that was awkward.
