What is the best way y'all have found to store and keep your hooks seperated?
I use one of the little Plano boxes, just curious if there is a better way.
Thank ye.

I use that green stuff my wife uses for floral design. It works really well for treble hooks. You can cut it to fit your plano boxes and it holds them in place until you are ready to pull one out.

I use a 3700 Plano type box made by Shimano. I like it because the sections have rounded bottoms which makes it easier to retrieve small items like hooks. I'm not sure if they're still available or not, I haven't seen them in a long time. I'm sure a regular 3700 size box would work fine.

I have each section divided and labeled. For example; Wide Gap 5/0, 4/0, 3/0... Worm Hooks 5/0, 4/0, 3/0...etc. The rest of the sections hold odd size hooks like those 11/0's I thought I needed as well as drop-shot hooks, weighted hooks and trebles.

That's how I do it.

i use the falcon fto terminal tackle box for all my hooks and other terminal tackle. its has specific compartments and it locks on three sides so i dont have to worry about hooks getting loose. if i have extra hooks i keep them in their orginal packs in a box until i can get some pegboard installed in the garage!

I got some magnets from office depot that has an adhesive back on it and cut it to fit my plano box. I stick it in and label the top of the box so I know which size is which. The magnet helps keep the hooks from moving all over the place.

Ive been using a CD/DVD case. Its soft sided and zips closed. There is 20 sleeves in it that hold the packs of hooks. I like it cause you can keep the hooks in the packs they came in and also keep them in any order you wish.So far its working great.

I keep the small ones in a round film container and mark the top with a sharpie. Bobby McDonald

I use two of these Falcon FTO407 boxes - one for EWGs and one for round bend hooks. Two of them are about the same size as one 3700 box. http://www.tacklewarehouse.com....html

I found this double sided Plano at Wal~Mart that works good.
Thanks for all the tips.
Even got to use the stickers from Eagle Claw.

Numbered them on the inside of the lids.
