I had a terrible time getting mine to lift the bow. I tried moving the motor up and down and never really had any success. I have a 2000 model 200 pro sport with a 200 optimax on the back with a 12 inches of setback. I have a 25P trophy plus 4 blade on it right now.I ended up getting Mark Croxton to work the prop and add cup to the tips to get it to lift the bow. The boat now drives like a totally different boat. It is amazing what that man can do with a prop. I gained almost 6 mph carrying a load from before I had it worked.
You can also look up Richard (I believe his screen name is kllr bee). He had a Bee with a 250XB on the back running mid 80s.
I am not sure if you have tried searching for any Bumble Bee topics in the Archives, but I believe I remember seeing a post about a 2100 in the archives.
