I will take a stab at it. Here is what I would do:1. Go to 12" Hydraulic Jackplate. (Bob's make a great one)
2. Get rid of the Sportmaster and go to a torquemaster lower unit. (you will not reach speeds in the 90's even with a 300hp engine)
3. Get your hands on a 27 Trophy Plus and after you run it with the changes above, send it along with your performance info to Mark Croxton and have him work the prop to the boat.
My guess is you would be 80-82mph loaded like you described.
