If they did buy it back it would be... the third time? From the out side looking in, I would say only if it were a real cheap buy. Wish the company luck.

As a Ranger owner that would be my dream but I bet it does not happen. I bet ol Irwin buys it back and that would suck.

I don't understand why the Woods would spend the money. If they want a collection of turds why don't they just go to a sewage plant and scoop them out of the retention pond.

I heard all the other boat builders were bidding on Ranger. This is so they can find out how to really build a quality BASS BOAT.

You never know. I remember two years before Brunswick bought out Triton Boats somebody had posted that Mercury was in talks with Earl and everyone said he was nuts. Well it happened. I just can't see Forrest Woods wanting to buy it back. Its a tough time for boat sales right now and the Cadilac's in the industry are going to suffer the most. It's tough knowing you can lay out 60-70 grand on a new boat and find out two years later people are selling the same boat used for 35 grand. It really takes the motivation out of you to buy anything new.
