A woman who recently underwent a revolutionary new face lift procedure, which allows the patient to tighten their skin by turning a device on the back of her head, returns for her checkup with the Plastic surgeon. The doctor walks in and asks, “How are things going?” She replies “ I’m doing fine but for two puzzling changes”. The doctor asks, “what seems to be the problem?" She answers “I have these strange looking zits, one on each cheek bone”.
