Anyone have any winter projects going on with their boats?

I've done the maintenance on my engine, going to add a trolling motor support, found a loose wire on my bow sonar, cleaned out all the compartments and interior of the boat.
I have a new Keelshield to install, but have to wait for warmer weather.

Replacing fuel lines, changing fluids, carpet when it warms up, and windshields. I've already had the boat wetsanded. I'm ready to hit the water and win some money in my 89!!

redoing my bunks, herculining the trailer, wetsanding the top coat, a good waxing, and changing the prop. Turning out pretty good so far.

It's easier to ask for forgiveness than it is to ask for permission.

was on a trip down in KS. got about 1/4 mile and she started running rough and shut down. was running about 3500 rpms with good WP. Turns out cylinders 2 & 4 were severely scored. They are speculating that it was an oil failure. U sure hope this one is better too because I sure can't afford another!!!
