I have always been a pretty die hard bass cat guy over the years. I sold my last cat last summer and have been looking for a deal on another once since. I ran into a deal on a 2007 200 super DC that I could not pass on! I picked her up in the snow last night and got it in the garage at about 1:00 this morning. I really had not had a chance to really go over it until today. I have to say that the fit, finish and the bells and whistles are pretty impressive. It is a shame they are no more because I think they are all around nicer than the nitro.
I bought my SP 200 new in 2008 and absolutely love it! When I bought it I had Guntersville boat mart add a few more bells and whistles to it! My best friend has a TR186. We never fish out of it when we fish together. He always wants to go in my boat because it is more comfortable to him... I too hate that ProCraft will no longer be made! Congrats on the new boat! Now get out your BBS and go to town!!!!!
I HAVE AN 04 192 SP I JUST UPGRADED FROM AN 01 200 XS TO A 2010 200 PRO XS . IT IS NOT A RACE BOAT BUT IT TAKES THE WATER GOOD FOR AN 18'6" BOAT. AND I HAVE ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES INCLUCING SMARTCCRAFT. IT MAY NOT BE A TRITON BUT I SURE HAVE PUT A LOT OF FISH IN THE LIVEWELL SINCE I BOUGHT IT AND THAT IS THE NAME OF THE GAME
I am and still am an avid Basscat guy. I too just sold my Puma and picked up a 210 super pro at an incredible stupid price. Just had to do it. One think I have noticed so far that I like alot is that I dont get wet when in big waves. Waves seem to splash up and in on you in a cat, but do to the design of the Procraft somehow the waves get broken up by the lip at the bottom of the top cap. so far I am a happy customer, wish it was a little faster though. Running a 250 EFI Merc at about 68 or so. Plenty fast enough I guess. Any known problems with these boats. I am pretty dumb to anything but Cats for the most part.
