I found this by accident one day when cleaning our spa.
There is a spa wax stuff that comes in a bottle called "Leisure Time" Spa Gloss. You just apply and wipe off and it keeps the gunk from sticking to the inside of the spa. I accidentally spilled a solvent onto the spa one day and noticed that the solvent just beaded up and rolled down the wall.
I applied this stuff to the area around the gas fills and the fenders on my Ranger and let it dry. I then poured some gas at the fill holes at let it go down the side of the boat. It too, beaded up and rolled off. It left no footprint of damage or anything. I now use this stuff up front where the bait scents are used. Those drops just roll off also.
DON'T get it anywhere where you step into the boat. This stuff is slick!!!
