What kind of bracket was used to mount the SS transducer on the trolling motor?

You could probably sell this screen shot to Lowrance so they could use it for marketing purposes. But, I think Humminbird would pay you more to destroy it.

Dang, if that's for real, it really blows my hair back. Seen lots of DI pics of fish from many Lowrance units as well as HB units before but nothing ever like this one. Redefines the term "fishfinder".

With all the work that Fishton has done, I wonder why he hasn't come up with one like this before?

LOL @ BrownTrout - because I'm spending up to 2 hours with the new Humminbird Down Imaging software trying to get a single decent shot of a known tree that takes me 10 seconds with my LSS-1.

I must be honest, this shot looks too good to be true.

Well done ready2fish!

i used a bunch of zip ties for the ducer. I am a believer in the down scan technology. getting images like this just scares me to think of whats gonna happen next.

I am going to guess you were on Fort Phantom Hill Lake with that low water temperature. Unless you made a run up to Lake Meredith.

I find this a funny question considering your user name.

Do you think DuckTape has an agenda here?

Sry DuckTape...please don't take anything I say personal....its all about words and how we use them.

Its a trolling motor mounted unit. You can see the fish swimming under the boat. I reported on this back in August when I was on the boat of a few pros that had both units. I can't post pic of that because it wasnt released yet and I dont "own" the photos.

i have watched a 2lbr swim infront of the boat then under the TM, then across the DS screen and out the side of the boat.

Its pretty cool to watch a fish swim under it.

Usually I have seen a large clamp used on it.

What do you guys think is gonna happen this year in the FLW and BASS series? Its going to be crazy. I wonder if any rules will be added because of it.

I really dont see SS/DS causing a guy to win because of it. I know a few guys on the elites that had the LSS-1 and not all of them are fishing the Classic.

So while its a great I think more guys are using the units to verify working spots. That really benefits the guys with a stack of waypoints.

Man when I saw that pic, and was thinking about a SIG, it was a no brainer to use it. If you don't want me to use it, I will remove it.

I'd be willing to work out something under $5.00
I have an HDS but still working on the money for the Structure scan. Once I get it, I'll take my own shot, hopefully just as good. As a guy that owned a lot of HB units including SI, I've never seen anything the clear and cool. Just awesome.
